1. Returns & Refunds

At Azyrus MensWear, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn and in their original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags and accessories

  • Show no signs of wear, damage or alteration

For footwear, please ensure shoes are tried on indoors only and returned in the original shoe box.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:

Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider


7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item or size, please place a new order after your return has been processed.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the case and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


9. International Orders

For international orders, including those shipped within Europe and the United Kingdom:

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

  • Refunds apply only to the product price (excluding shipping and customs charges)


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:
